Anouk Bax

Anouk is a drawer, painter, she makes spatial works and installations, organizes exhibitions and gives drawing and painting lessons, among others to clients at a psychiatric facility. She has a twin sister and twin daughters. She’s fascinated by human behavior, our awkward relationship with our “fellow man”.

“As an artist, I often respond to people’s personal relationship to the outside world. I play with social conventions, and the times when these are laid bare and become visible, or in any case palpable, to everyone. The individual in a social experience.”
